Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At L'Atelier Unik, we are committed to providing quality artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear and transparent refund policy in place.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

3. Refund Request Procedure If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at fmr@latelierunik.com - +33 4 83 43 24 55 indicating your order number and the reason for your request.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions to return the product.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

4. Refund Period If your request is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Products Certain items are not eligible for refund, including:

  • Products on sale or promotion

  • Gift Cards

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a damaged artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
